In accordance with sub-section (4) of section 12 of the Act, a person who wants to carry out mineral processing of ordinary construction-oriented mineral materials such as clay, stone and sand used for construction work without adversely affecting the practice of using it for private use by the general public, schedule for the permit- An application should be submitted to the relevant District Development Committee in the format specified in 12. (2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the district development committee will send the application to the committee according to rule 35 for investigation and recommendation regarding whether or not to grant a permit for the mining of ordinary construction minerals according to the request of the petitioner.
